From June Newsletter

As announced in our previous newsletter, Cusinato Group has recently acquired the majority share of the company CMB based in Marostica, in the province of Vicenza, to oversee its governance together with Mr. Sergio Battistello.

With this acquisition, the holding company of the Cusinato family expands its range of machines and systems: In fact, for 70 years, CMB has been a leading manufacturer of plants for the storage and processing of flours, cereals and derivatives for the feed, milling, pasta and chemical industries.

We share the same values as CMB
CMB is a sound, reliable company that manufactures high-quality plants for both the Italian and foreign markets. It shares our same corporate values: customer focus, professionalism, expertise, know-how and “Made in Italy” quality. Like us, it regularly invests in development and technology in order to always offer its customers state-of-the-art machines. It designs and manufactures customised “turnkey” plants according to specific customer requirements.

A strong, development-oriented partnership
The merging of Cusinato and CMB will bring benefits to both businesses: our company will be able to offer customers the entire range of agri-food storage plants not only for the initial part involving the management of milled products but also for the final part involving the management of finished products. CMB will be able to rely on Cusinato’s technical and commercial organisation to further enhance its development.

IPACK-IMA 2018: opportunities for discussion and growth
Both companies presented their product range at IPACK-IMA, one of the most popular triennial international events for suppliers of technology and materials for packaging, processing and internal logistics.
It was also an opportunity for our company to present the latest releases and novelties:
1. a short pasta storage plant with updates, innovations, changes and technical releases to further improve its structure (anti-seismic standards), hygiene and ease of cleaning, and safety and accident prevention – which are all issues that Cusinato strongly cares about – and powered by Cusinato’s patented bucket elevator.
2. a bucket elevator designed to be fully washed and sanitised in a programmed and semi-automatic manner, and suitable for conveying fresh, oily and frozen products and pet food.
3. a continuous bucket elevator for the pet food sector, designed for high-capacity conveying requirements.

The machines exhibited aroused the curiosity and interest of many visitors and customers who interacted with us and were able to find out more about our company and our technologies, providing us with valuable opportunities for discussion and growth.
We would like to thank all our visitors and, for everyone else, please do not hesitate to request further information.
