Successfully completed the project ISCAPA: Study and development of food supplements for animal use: Exploitation of effective residues of the PAsta
Two years since its inception, has been successfully completed research project sponsored by the company Cusinato to solve the problem of reusing waste of pasta, the scraps of dough processing.

Combining tradition with modern technology, the company Cusinato has developed a new process for the reuse of the challenge, to produce feed with high nutritional value: modulating fact the process, depending on the type of waste used, you can either get rich feed vitamins, minerals and antioxidants useful for the health of the animals, which feed a high energy value or with intermediate characteristics.
