BELT STORAGE SYSTEM FOR PASTA NESTS AND FRAGILE AND/OR BULKY SHAPES
Cusinato, after extensive research of the requirements of the most demanding pasta producers designed a dynamic storage solution using a loading system which is innovative, complete, exclusive, patented by the company, purposely designed for the most fragile and bulky products, as producers are aiming more on diversification with the “focus” on presenting innovative and quality products to the market for the discerning consumer.
The new elevator has been studied and designed for feeding product to multiple storage levels all positioned vertically. The patented and exclusive elevator, receives product from the production line, and can load any storage level (if empty) by “gently” and evenly placing the product on the storage level, by means of a linking belt. In addition to the unloading points on each level, the elevator includes an additional unloading station for emergencies or for waste product.
The belt storage system, result of Cusinato’s technology, is designed to store the product by spreading it evenly and at varying thicknesses along the entire width of the storage belt. The dynamic Cusinato storage system also offers lots of customisation options, and it can therefore be adapted, by suitably configuring the number of levels, the width and the length, to the available space of the client.
